My friends have both programs and I never participated in the exercises. I usually work about 50 hours a week. Do you have a schedule for just Insanity and training for a half marathon?
Any way you could incorporate all aspects of that as well as the distances? So if you want to give the P90X hybrid aka Insanity hybrid workout a shot today you may need to get Insanity or even P90X first!! The schedule has been sent. Then its just called a Turbo Fire P90X hybrid! There are many choices but I am going to go over the most popular Hybrie hybrid schedule. I didn’t find it very difficult, I just got really board with that workout. These two programs together offer you an intense and extreme total body conditioning program that will truly take insanityy to the next level.
What you need to do is keep all the resistance days in place from P90X and subsitute the cardio days in P90X for Insanity workouts instead. Do you have a schedule for just p90X and running? The choice is totally up to you because this is your P90X hybrid that you are following.

Hi Paul, I will send you a copy shortly. This hybrid is set for training for half marathons. I did complete a round of Insanity before this and now plan to move onto P90x.
My advice would be to follow one of the Asylum hybrids I have.
For those of who insanoty been through these programs and want a plan that goes for longer or shorter distances, let me know. Feel free to ask any questions if you have them and I would love to try and answer any of them that I can. Its all about keeping your body guessing and to never hit that plateau. I make my plans in excel files, so they can be modified for whatever event you intend to train for.
I do not have plans for each cycle. Anyone who has completed P90X, Insanity, and Asylum should have no problems with this.
Unless you are in extreme shape this will allow your body to adapt and recover for the next workout without overdoing it.

Sunday Morning Thoughts… Half-time adjustments July 1, Thank you for creating calebdar. So I recommend that you really focus on your diet. During Asylum I lost about 6 lbs, an inch or two off my waist and hips, half inch off my neck, but became more lean throughout the whole process. Brandon — I am doing the first two weeks of this starting tonight, then starting over on July 2nd. I plan on using your schedule to help me achieve the look I am after.
