This is for moms like me who experienced diastisis separation of abdominal muscles during pregnancy and whose tummies are no longer flat. Check out the top books of the year on our page Best Books of Dec 23, Katrina rated it it was amazing.

There are no discussion topics on this book yet. Too many pages are spent on a full body work-out. The larger the diastasis, the weaker the muscles and the greater chance for mom to develop back problems down the road.

But perhaps it will become second nature after time.
